All About Dest | Brand Implementation & Operations Manager at LS Consulting Creative

By: Dest Dowden

It’s easy to get caught up in the grind. For a while, I thought that was the way it had to be: work hard, push through, repeat. But I didn’t want to just grind. I wanted to find a place where I could actually thrive. And when the vibe is right, you feel it.

That’s what brought me to LSCC and into my new role as Brand Implementation & Operations Manager. It feels like the kind of work that makes sense for how my brain works. Part of me loves the chaos of color, design, and storytelling. The other part loves bringing order to that chaos through systems, processes, and strategy. Somewhere between those two extremes is my sweet spot.

My Journey into Brand and Operations

I’ve been in the world of marketing, operations, and SaaS product development for more than eight years, and in that time I’ve stacked on many hats—a bit of a mad hatter of sorts. Marketing Manager, Product Owner, Operational Manager… Each role gave me a new perspective on how creativity and structure work together.

I’ve managed multi-brand strategies, worked on product launches, and led website revamps, content refreshes, and event marketing projects. The common thread? Making sure creative ideas didn’t just look good but actually delivered results.

Early on, I focused on streamlining workflows and building digital systems so teams could spend less time untangling messy processes and more time doing their best work. That experience taught me that good systems don’t kill creativity. They give it room to shine.

Somewhere in that mix, I also earned my Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. For me, it wasn’t about chasing letters after my name—it was about making sure I could back up big ideas with a plan that worked.

The Intersection of Creativity and Order

I’ve always described my brain as a mix of creative energy and operational focus. On one side, there’s the joy of creative storytelling: crafting campaigns, shaping copy, and pulling together visuals that make people feel something. On the other, there’s the part of me that thrives in process optimization: organizing chaos, building workflows, and making sure sparks of inspiration don’t get lost before they launch.

That’s where I find the most energy. Brand implementation isn’t just slapping a logo on something. It’s making sure every piece—social, web, email, campaigns, even the behind-the-scenes systems—lines up with what the brand stands for.

And something powerful happens in that process. When a brand is consistent and polished on the outside, it also shapes the culture on the inside. People feel proud to be part of it. That look and feel of a well-polished brand doesn’t just attract customers, it elevates the company as a whole.

Why LS Consulting Creative Felt Right

When I connected with LSCC, it didn’t feel like just another job. The energy was different. The team values the same things I do: creativity, strategy, and systems that support both.

For me, this role is about alignment. It’s about finding a team where my love for brand consistency, scalable systems, and digital strategy can make an impact while working alongside people who bring their own creative spark.

A Bit More About Me

When I’m not working on strategy or streamlining processes, I’m usually making art. I’ve built a creative project called Drealism, where I explore eco-inspired designs and storytelling through color and movement. You can see more of that creative work at DrealismDesigns.com. That part of my life feeds the way I work. It keeps me curious, playful, and open to new ways of thinking.

I’m also a lifelong learner. Whether it’s staying on top of SEO trends, building dashboards, or trying new tools, I love finding ways to blend creativity with structure in smarter ways.

Looking Ahead

In this new role, my goal is simple: help brands not just look good, but actually work. A strong brand should have the systems and strategies behind it to scale, grow, and last.

I’m looking forward to sharing insights, lessons learned, and maybe a few creative sparks here on the LSCC blog. If you’re interested in scalable marketing strategies, process-driven creativity, or finding the balance between chaos and order, stick around—I’ve got a lot more to share.
