Why Showing Up in Person Still Matters
Jumpstart was filled with smart conversations, generous people, and the kind of honest industry insights you only get when everyone in the room cares about raising the bar. It reminded us why showing up in person matters for both community and long-term marketing strategy.

The Moments That Stood Out
For us, the highlight will always be connecting with owners and teams who are ready to be intentional and think differently about their marketing. Sharing what we’re seeing, unpacking real challenges, and helping leaders move toward strategies that actually work is the part of this job we love most. This industry deserves high-quality marketing and thoughtful storytelling. Supporting that work is meaningful.
One standout was the shop tour with our client, Sound Ideas. Hearing in their own words how much they’ve grown this year was incredible. Growth does not happen by accident. It comes through clarity, consistency, and a team willing to invest in the long game. Sound Ideas is living proof that hard work and ingenuity pays off.
Tom’s sessions were another bright spot. His candor, energy, and commitment to helping business owners elevate their companies is refreshing. Real leadership looks like telling the truth with heart and giving people actionable steps to move forward, and that is exactly what he delivered.

The People Who Made This Week Meaningful
Jumpstart gave our own team a moment we will not forget. It was the first time Lindsay and Rebekah met Dest in person, and it was an instant click. They moved through the conference like they’d been working together for years, which surprised no one. When the right people show up, things just work. Moments like that always reinforce the importance of the people behind our team.
And the conversations did not end at the sessions. There were dinners with old friends, nights at the hotel bar with new ones, and plenty of those in-between moments where the best ideas tend to surface. Community is built in those spaces, and this week was a reminder of how valuable that community really is for leaders and teams building great businesses.
What We’re Taking Into What’s Next
We left Jumpstart energized, grateful, and excited for what’s next. If this week proved anything, it’s that this industry is full of good people building strong, thoughtful companies, and we’re proud to be part of that journey.
