The best work starts with people. People who are curious, collaborative, creative, and genuinely invested in the clients and teammates around them. Cheyenne fits right in.
As LSCC’s Accounts & Project Manager, Cheyenne brings a love of storytelling, a creative eye, and a people-first approach to her work. She’s a recent University of Georgia graduate, a lifelong writer, and someone who believes the strongest brands should feel like people you actually want to know.
Cheyenne’s love of writing led her to journalism in high school, where she began exploring storytelling more seriously. But it was her experience working with businesses and school organizations that introduced her to public relations and showed her what writing could do beyond simply telling a good story. She realized she loved helping people and brands figure out what they wanted to say and, just as importantly, how they wanted to say it. That realization eventually led her to pursue a degree in public relations at UGA, before graduating and joining LSCC.
Cheyenne describes words as puzzles. Give her the information, the goal, and the bigger picture, and she’ll start moving the pieces around until everything clicks. But for her, good writing is never just about the writer. Creativity, collaboration, and strategy all play a role. Think volleyball. The first draft is the serve. From there, ideas move back and forth between writers, strategists, teammates, and clients. Everyone keeps the ball moving until the work lands exactly where it needs to. That collaborative mindset is especially important when she’s helping define a brand’s voice.
Cheyenne approaches brands like people. Every one has its own personality, point of view, voice, and story. The job isn’t to manufacture a personality from scratch. It’s to uncover what’s already there and communicate it in a way that feels clear, intentional, and authentic.
“It’s kind of like meeting someone for the first time and getting to know all their quirks and the ways they express themselves,” she says. And that process of discovery is exactly what energizes her.
After looking at agencies in the area, she found that many environments felt too sterile and corporate for the way she wanted to work. She was looking for somewhere she could know the people around her, contribute meaningful work, challenge herself, and continue developing creatively. That search brought her to LSCC. “I was looking for a place where I could be myself, do meaningful work, and continue growing creatively.”
With LSCC, she found a team that valued both individuality and collaboration. For Cheyenne, that balance creates the kind of environment where people can produce strong work while staying open to new ideas, perspectives, and ways of doing things. Cheyenne wants to be someone her coworkers can count on, whether that means bringing a fresh idea to a project, jumping in when someone needs support, or simply making a busy day a little easier.
If Cheyenne’s not working, there’s a good chance she’s still doing something creative. She loves weightlifting, yoga, and Pilates, along with painting, drawing, journaling, and meditation. And then there are a few facts you probably wouldn’t guess from her LinkedIn profile: Cheyenne was born in England, grew up in Thailand before moving to the U.S. at age 10, speaks Thai, and is left-handed. She also loves to sing, although for now, her performances are primarily reserved for the car.
Cheyenne is especially excited to work with new brands and help clients uncover the voices and identities that already exist beneath the surface. For her, there’s something special about getting in early, asking the right questions, finding the personality, and shaping how that brand shows up in the world. That mix of curiosity, creativity, collaboration, and genuine care for the people behind the work is exactly what we value at LSCC. And we can’t wait to see what she creates with us.
Welcome to the team, Cheyenne.
