Our AI Policies

AI tools can support our work, but the ideas, creative direction and decisions come from people. These policies explain how we use AI at LSCC, how it fits into client feedback and how we protect confidential information.

AI usage

LSCC’s concepts, ideas and creative direction come from our team. AI tools may be used to refine, organize or assist the work, but don’t replace human creativity or judgment. LSCC discloses any fully AI-generated images before use, and the client must approve their use in writing. AI-generated images may be used in place of authentic brand images when those images haven’t been shot yet or as temporary placeholders. They may also be used for creative assets that aren’t reasonably achievable through photography or videography.

Client review & AI feedback

The client’s decision-maker must review the work and confirm requested changes. AI can help with that review, but an AI-generated critique alone isn’t a revision request. The client must check its accuracy, identify the changes they want and explain the concern in relation to the agreed brief, brand, facts or audience. The same scope and revision limits apply to all feedback.

Confidentiality

Both parties keep nonpublic business information private and use it only for the work. It can be shared with team members, contractors and providers who need it and must keep it confidential. This doesn’t cover information already public, developed independently, received lawfully elsewhere or required to be disclosed by law. Neither party may use the other’s confidential information to train public AI models without written permission.
