All About Bay: Our Creative Design Lead

At LSCC, creativity, collaboration, and meaningful connections are the foundation of everything we do—and Bay Routh, our Creative Design Lead, brings all of that and more.

Bay’s design journey started with her lifelong love of art. From doodling as a kid to earning her Graphic Design degree from UNC Charlotte, she’s always known how to turn passion into purpose.

But for Bay, design isn’t just about creating something beautiful; it’s about storytelling, strategy, and understanding how visuals connect with people on a deeper level. At LSCC, she combines her artistic talent with a thoughtful, results-driven approach to craft designs that inspire and deliver.

Bay and Lindsay’s story goes back to Bay’s first job out of college, where Lindsay was her project manager. Their professional bond quickly turned into a friendship, and for years, they joked about being the ultimate “dream team.” Fast forward to today, and that dream is a reality. After years of collaboration and friendship, Bay officially joined LSCC, bringing her unmatched talent and vision to every project.

Outside of the design world, Bay is a creative force in other ways too. Music and DJing are her passion—something she shares with her boyfriend, Peyton. Whether they’re playing sets around Charlotte or heading to music festivals, they’re always finding new ways to create and connect. And when she’s not on the turntables, Bay’s recharging through yoga, meditation, and exploring new books, documentaries, or music. Her golden retriever, Stella, is her constant companion (and yes, she’s totally spoiled).

Bay’s talent, curiosity, and collaborative spirit make her an incredible addition to the LSCC family. She’s already raising the bar for what’s possible, and we can’t wait to see how her creative magic helps shape the future of LSCC. Welcome, Bay—you’ve made our dream team complete.
